KTM Medico is a caregiver and healthcare-support training institute in Kathmandu focused on developing practical skills, professional behaviour and responsible care practices.
We believe quality care begins with quality training. Our learning pathway is structured across four levels so that learners can build a foundation first, strengthen patient-care skills, specialise in aged and elderly care, and then progress into complex and professional care.

Our Four-Level Training Pathway
Choose the level that matches your current learning stage and career direction. KTM Medico offers a progressive caregiver training pathway from foundational skills to advanced complex care.
Level I CTEVT Caregiver Training

390 Hours | CTEVT curriculum-based training. Build core caregiving knowledge in health and sanitation, nutrition, emergency and first aid, hygienic care, maternal care, communication, counselling and documentation.
Level II — Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

320 Hours | CPD affiliation [VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING]. Develop patient-support skills including anatomy basics, infection control, ADLs, vital signs, first aid, documentation, clinical/field practice and special care.
Level III — Advanced Aged & Elderly
Care

400 Hours | Includes practical training and 140 hours of theory. Focused on gerontology, dementia care, elderly mental health, chronic conditions, disability support, person-centred care and palliative
care.
Level IV — Advanced Caregiver: Complex & Professional Care

600 Hours | Advanced training in complex care management, case coordination, leadership, crisis prevention, neurological care, rehabilitation, safeguarding, digital care, quality improvement and supervised professional practice.
